YOGA NIDRA

Description

Yoga Nidra is a form of guided meditation. Nidra means sleep.

It’s usually practiced lying down. Yoga Nidra draws the attention inwards, and allows the practitioner to float between wakefulness and sleep, where the body finds a natural state of equilibrium. Great to practice before bed, or when you’re feeling overstimulated and need to relax.
